Pillowy focaccia meets the decadence of a triple-chocolate pastry. Enriched with butter for a croissant-like tenderness, each layer is folded with deep cocoa richness and studded with melting chocolate chunks. Baked until the edges turn crisp and caramelised, then finished with a crackling crown of Demerara sugar that shatters beautifully with every bite.
Best enjoyed warm, when the chocolate is just beginning to ooze and the buttery crumb is at its softest.

Reheating instructions
This focaccia is delicious served warm or at room temperature, if you’d like to reheat it:
- Preheat your oven to 200 °C
- Remove all packaging
- Place in the oven for 5 minutes keeping an eye on it so it doesn’t darken too much
